How do you charge for your services?
Our fees are typically structured in two parts: a fixed design fee for the conceptual and detailed design phases, followed by a project management percentage during the execution phase. This ensures complete transparency from day one.
Can I use my own contractor?
Yes. While we highly recommend using our trusted network of skilled tradespeople to ensure the highest quality of execution, we are happy to work alongside your preferred contractor, provided they meet our quality standards.
How long does a typical project take?
A full residential renovation typically takes 6-9 months from the initial consultation to handover. Commercial projects can vary widely based on scale, but generally follow a 4-8 month timeline.
Do you take on smaller, single-room projects?
While we specialize in full-home and comprehensive commercial designs, we occasionally take on select single-room projects (like a luxury kitchen or master suite) if the timeline and scope align with our studio capacity.
